Terms of use
Trust No Floor: Terms of Use
Effective . These terms are an agreement between you and Karan Rajput, an individual developer, Chandrangan Phase 1, Ambegaon Bk, Pune 411046, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”) for the Android app Trust No Floor (package com.callmissed.trustnofloor) and its online services.
By installing or playing the game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not play. How we handle data is explained separately in the privacy policy.
1. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its levels, characters, art, music, sound and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Open-source parts are licensed under their own terms, listed on the licences page; nothing here limits your rights under those licences.
Except where the law or an open-source licence allows it, you may not copy, sell, rent, redistribute or modify the game.
2. Acceptable use
When you play, and especially when you use online leaderboards, you agree not to:
- cheat, or exploit bugs, glitches or modified apps to get scores, progress or items you did not earn;
- send fake or automated scores, or tamper with the requests the game sends to our server;
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or try to get unauthorised access to our server or other players' data;
- use the game for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other players or us.
We may remove scores that look cheated, hide or ban a leaderboard player, or stop online features for an install that breaks these rules. Leaderboard names are generated by the game, so no player can choose an offensive name.
3. Virtual items
Coins, tokens, boosters, chests, spins, cosmetics, stars and other in-game items are earned only by playing. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything of value, and are not your property: they are part of your licence to play. They live on your device, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes them, and we may rebalance or change them in updates.
4. No ads
The game shows no ads and contains no ad SDK. If that ever changed, we would update these terms and the privacy policy first.
5. Online features and updates
- Online leaderboards are available only to players aged 18 and over who switch them on. Your generated name and scores are public to other players.
- The game downloads settings and updates from our server. Small updates (new levels, fixes) can install themselves the next time the game starts; bigger ones come through Google Play. Some updates may be required to keep playing online or, rarely, at all.
- We may change, add or remove features, levels or leaderboards, and we may stop online services, with notice in the game where we reasonably can. The game keeps working offline from its last settings.
6. Availability and no warranty
The game is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or that progress or scores will never be lost. Back up your device if your progress matters to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of game progress, items or scores, arising from the game. The game is free, and our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the lowest amount the applicable law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved by email.
9. Children and parents
Made for players aged 9 and up, and designed to follow Google Play's Families policy.If you are under 18, please play with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Players under 18 get no online features. There are no ads. Parents can find what the game does and does not do on For parents.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game, and you can delete your online data first (how to delete it). We may end your licence or your access to online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the game gets new features or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for important changes, tell players in the game or its release notes. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, please stop playing.
