- Own CI/CD on GitHub Actions: preview environments, automated migrations, and zero-downtime deploys across web and API tiers; on-call and observability for the whole system.
- Landed Meta Business Partner and Meta Tech Provider status for WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding, with DPDP-aligned, India-resident data handling. Run cost discipline so the platform stays within startup-tier budgets while serving real customer load.
